How did you get into this particular side hustle?
My friend, Brenda, recruited me. I had been putting it off for so long and just decided now is the time.
How long have you been doing this side hustle?
My journey with Pampered Chef started on October 29, 2019 as an independent consultant.
Tell us about getting started.
I started my journey with $39, as it was Pampered Chef’s 40th Anniversary.
The income is there. It’s all based on your sales, recruits, parties, and the time you put into advertising. The more sales and recruits, the more commission and incentives you will receive as a result.
Do your kids help with your side hustle?
Oh yeah, absolutely!
From using the kitchen gadgets to tasting the recipes, they LOVE to help in the kitchen.

- It can be time consuming. Good internet service & scheduling time slots makes a big difference.
How do you juggle homeschooling and this side hustle?
The best method I have found is to have scheduled times to do your side hustle. I personally make sure I work in the early morning or later in the evening.
How long have you been homeschooling?
This will be our 4th year of homeschooling. We have 3 kids: ages 11, 10, and 8 years old. Our study is not based on any particular curriculum or grade.
Currently we use community, online, and library resources with which to teach.
Would you recommend this particular side hustle?
I would definitely recommend becoming a Pampered Chef Consultant!
